- To form the Mists deck, take one copy of each Location card you own (from the base game, an expansion, or a promotional pack) that is not one of the 10 locations chosen to form the planet during your game.
- When you can resolve Mists (i.e., when you are on that location and no effect prevents you from activating its power), randomly draw a card from the Mists deck and apply its power.
- You are always considered to be on location 9, Mists, regardless of which location you drew.
